Everything you'll find here tells a story. The menu is inspired by my travels, the restaurants that left an impression on me, and the people and experiences that shaped who I am. In many ways, it's an autobiography told through food. Some dishes are inspired by places I've visited, others by people I love, and a few simply exist because they make me smile. And I hope they make you smile too.
